UnlimitedOutgoing ... Here's how it
works:
For Callback Service: For cell phone
users with unlimited incoming plan
- You will dial the
provided
access number, you will receive a
busy tone,
hang-up as soon as you
hear the
busy signal and wait for
the call
back. Once you receive the call
back, answer it
and you will
receive a dial tone,
enter the
phone number
that you
wish to call. (you can use the
Phone Book of
your cell phone if
it supports
"tone sending", ex:
NOKIA
,Motorola,
Samsung, etc.).Wait for
evoiphone
to connect
the call for
you. Now it is an incoming call
for you and
the party that you
wish to call.
(NOTE: DO NOT PRESS
THE
SEND OR #
KEY OF YOUR CELL PHONE AFTER YOU
DIAL THE
NUMBER THAT YOU WISH TO
CALL)
1.
Why do I require "Unlimited
Incoming Plan" for my
cellular
phone?
Any incoming calls will not get charged if
you join "Unlimited Incoming
Plan"
with any cellular
carrier. We make
your outgoing calls unlimited thru
this
feature.
2.
How does it
work?
1. Dial the access number (response busy
signal), hang up and wait for the
call
back.
2 .After you received the callback, enter
the phone number that you
wish to
call. Wait for
evoiphone to
connect the call for
you.
Now evoiphone calls you and your friend,
it is now an incoming for both of
you. You can enjoy
unlimited city
calls with evoiphone Cell Phone
Callback.
(Note: Never press the
SEND or #
of your cell phone key
after
entering the number that you wish
to
call)
3.
Can I use the Call Back Service
outside of my local
calling
area?
Yes you can, BUT your carrier will charge
you roaming fee! We NEVER
recommend you make calls out
of
your
local calling area.
4.
How do I
subscribe?
Click
here "Place
Order".

payments. However if you don't
have any credit cards,
call us and
we will make an arrangement that
is suitable
for
you.
6.
How much do I get
charged?
Depending on the subscription plan you
subscribe. For local calls within
your local calling
area is
$10/month, for local calls and
Canada long
distance calls from
your local
calling area is
$15.50/month, for
local calls, Canada long distance
calls and
US* long distance calls
from your
local
calling area is
$19.50/month. We require
subscription
payments every two
months in
advance.
7.
Can I call long
distance?
Yes, as long as you subscribe on the plan
with unlimited long distance
calls.
8. I
dialed the callback number, I
waited, but my phone did
not
receive
the callback. What should I
do?
Remove the Privacy / Call Block feature
from your cell phone. When you
call us, our servers must
be able
to
recognize your cell number to verify that you
are a subscriber. If your call
shows Private Number or
Unavailable,
it will not recognize
you as being
a
subscriber. Dial
*82 prior to dialing the local
access
callback number to show
your
number to our server. Also
make
sure
you hang-up as soon as you hear the busy
signal. Another reason is that
your cellphone probably
has the
auto
dial feature turned on, make sure to turn
it off so that when our server is
calling you back your
cell phone
is not dialing the access number
at the same
time. (Note: Never
press the send
or # key after
entering the
desired destination
number)
9.
Will I be charged on my cellphone
bill for using your
service?
For as long as you have an unlimited
incoming calls plan from your
cellular phone provider
and you
receive a call back within your
local calling
area, you will not
be charged. If
you are outside of
your local
calling area, your service
provider will
charge you of long
distance fees.
(Please see your
contract with
your cell phone
provider)
10.
How does your service know to call
me
back?
When you place your order, we will
register your cell number with our
system. When you
call, our system
recognizes your cell phone number
and
calls you back. Please ensure
your
cell phone number is
not
blocked.
11.
What if I miss the call back to
me?
You should receive a call back within
5-10 seconds after hanging up. If
you do not receive a
call within
that time, the system was unable
to reach
you. Simply call the
number back
and try again. ( This
could also
mean you were either on a call,
there was a
poor signal or your
number was
blocked when you called
our
system.)
12.
What number appears when I am
making calls using the
Unlimited
Cell CallBack
feature?
Your number will still appear on the
recipients caller
ID.

cellular provider
while using
Unlimited CallBack
service?
You will continue to pay for your monthly
plan or pay as you go
minutes. Any
roaming or airtime
charges
applicable through your current
contract will
also be billed by
your cellular
provider. However,
all
the calls
you place using Unlimited Cell
Phone Call Back
service will
appear to your
cellular provider
as
incoming
calls. As long as you have
Unlimited Incoming
Calls Plan, you
will not be
charged.
14.
What is my local coverage area or
local calling
area?
